The Organising Committee is working to provide all useful information to Vespa Clubs wishing to participate in the Vespa World Days 2024.

On 10 January 2024 we will open registration, 8000 tickets will be available, which for the first three days will be capped according to nationality so as to have as many countries as possible at the event.

This means that for the first three days the system will register applications that the Organising Committee will then manage by examining the entire list of national Vespa Clubs without any preclusion. In fact, we want all national Vespa Clubs to be able to find a place, regardless of the time zone of connection and the size of the Club.

After the 3 days, the Organising Committee will release the unoccupied places in the various countries and assign them according to the order of registration to the Vespisti on the waiting list.

In the following week, the Presidents of the National Vespa Clubs will have to check the list of Vespa Clubs in their country and, only after this check, the Organising Committee will send the confirmations of inclusion.

On January 10, we will only register the participation in the event, all additional services such as tours, the gala evening, sporting activities, the Vespa Trophy and the Concorso d’Eleganza will be made available after January 22 following the completion of the check of all National Vespa Club Presidents.

Information on sport and the Registro Storico will be put online on December 31 to give Vespa Clubs time to collect memberships. Information on tourism will be put on line on December 22.
